The opportunity is to deepen one’s skillful means of reviewing Karuna methods while participating as a seasoned Karuna practitioner in the Karunity community.
Alum are invited to partake in the cohort activities; including sitting meditation, talks, experiential work, and Maitri Space Awareness (when offered in retreat 2 and 3), all means, and celebrations.
Each retreat will host an alumni coordinator offering one-to-one interviews and an Alumni Speaking from the Heart group.

Price for program, room, and board for six nights and two half days.
Prices at Ari Bhod are subject to increase due to high costs of food. The prices listed are for May 2025.
Some scholarships are available based on financial need.
Continuing Education Credits are available for an additional cost of $50 for 19 CE’s per retreat attended.
